[tkined] make install problems

Installing scotty2.1.7 and tnm2.1.7.sl

Installing ./../tnm/library/monitor.tcl
Installing ./../tnm/library/obsolete.tcl

initialization failed: couldn't load file "/usr/local/lib/tnm2.1.7.sl": no such
file or directory
*** Error exit code 1

NOTES:
1. This Shared lib does get installed but dosn't work.
2. I've removed all pervious versions of Tcl and Tk.
3. Tryed compiling with HP C compiler and gcc.
4. I have install Scotty 2.1.5 with Tcl7.6/tk4.2 on another HP 10.20 and I didn't get this error.

It looks like a linking problem, but not being a programer I'm not sure!

Any help that can be provided would be appreciated! I'll keep trying!
