[tkined] Straps port number change

I am using Solaris 2.5 with Scotty 2.1.7 for an SNMP trap process and using
straps to receive a trap from a proprietry device.

I would like straps to wait on a different port to 162 say 1111.

Is there a way to accomplish this in my tcl scripts.
