[tkined] Displaying devices with DHCPed addresses

We have recently implemented DHCP for our PCs.

Unfortunately, that means that tkined will discover a PC at a certain address
one day, and not the next. This causes the icon - and the group icon - to
flash, when there is really nothing to worry about. It is quite annoying, and
partly defeats the purpose of this feature.

Is there anything that can be done about it, aside from deleting all of these
PCs any time they are `discovered'?

Brian.
