[tkined] Problem loading rfc1907 MIB

I am using scotty 2.1.5, and I have witnessed the following problem on
Windows NT 4.0, SunOS 4.0, and Solaris 2.5.

The problem is that the "compiled" version of rfc1907, stored in the file
rfc1907.idy, is missing the definitions imported from rfc1903. This only
happens sporadically, that is, I can delete the .idy files and restart
scotty, and the problem goes away (rfc1907.idy is generated correctly).

Has anyone seen this before? Is it fixed in 2.1.6 or 2.1.7? Thanks in
advance,

Matt
