This is another minor bug-fix release. This version should compile
with the final 8.0 version of Tcl and Tk. This is however not the
version which will take advantage of Tcl 8.0 features. It is mainly
based on Tcl7.6/Tk4.2.

The most important fix in this release hopefully corrects the broken
SNMP getnext processing in the agent. You will find the tar file in
the usual place:

ftp://ftp.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de/pub/local/tkined/scotty-2.1.7.tar.gz.
