Yes.

scotty-2.1.6 should work with Tcl7.6/Tk4.2. It should also work with
Tcl8.0/Tk8.0. You have to remove the undocumented event command of the
Tnm extension if you want to load Tnm into wish8.0. (There is patch in
the mailing list archive.) There will be a 2.1.7 version which
includes this fix and which should hopefully run with both Tcl
versions, Tcl7.6/Tk4.2 and Tcl8.0/Tk8.0.
