Hello,

the story goes on. As mentioned in my last posting
(http://www.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de/projects/nm/tkined/marchive-1997/0844.html)
there is a problem with unresolved symbols and dynamically loading tnm
with packacke require in tcl.

Unresolved symbols can be seen during linking with

ld +vshlibunsats -b ...

There are many unresolved symbols due to linking to tcl. For finding all
unresolved symbols I was linking the following libraries to tnm:

-ltcl -lc -lm

and no unresolved symbols are left. I am expecting that libtcl symbols
are solved by tcl, libc too. I am wondering about libm neccessary for
the symbol floor. Well the message

couldn't load file "/opt/tcl-7.6/lib/tnm2.1.6.s1": unresolved symbol
name

vanished for another failure

couldn't load file "/opt/tcl-7.6/lib/tnm2.1.6.s1": no such file or
directory

I had no time left to find this error. Only one thing: the file was
there. Creating a new pkgIndex.tcl had no effect. Has anybody an idea.

I'll try again next tuesday.

Stefan
