Receiving SNMP traps on ports other than 162

Hi to all!

I didn't find a solution to receive SNMP traps on ports other than
the standard port 162. Though straps is capable of this, there
seems to be no way to do this by using the scotty TNM package
(scotty2.1.5).

Is something like this on the todo-list?

For now, I am using a patch like this: my special version of
scotty defines a global variable snmp_trapPort. The default
value is 162 but may be changed by the TCL application. When
opening and connecting to straps (tnmSnmpNet.c) this variable
is being read in order to determine the desired port. Right
now this is a hack, but it does the job for me. Probably it
would be more useful to built this into the "snmp alias" stuff
to be configured in the normal snmp session style. The use of
the global variable is very ugly.

Nevertheless, for people interested in, I could provide the
code. Comments are welcome anyway,

Heiko
