I have installed the Debian packages of tkined and scotty: scotty works
fine but tkined is not co-operating (or I am misunderstanding something).
When I run tkined from an xterm nothing happens, save for a complaint
about a non-existent font. By nothing happens, I mean nothing - even if I
go away for five minutes. Anyone know if a non-existent font could do this?
BTW, other X-clients do work fine and scotty/wish/tclsh appear to be ok too.
>From the documentation, I figure that invoking tkined with no arguments
should get me a blank canvas, with various pull-down menus for drawing
etc. Correct, or have I misunderstood something?
Any hints, pointers or suggestions on hwo to diagnose this will be
greatly appreciated.
Thanks in anticipation,
Neale.
