Tcl had some year 2000 problems, but I have been told that they have
been fixed in Tcl7.6p2. Scotty, or more precise the Tnm extension,
does not do any date calculations (all internal times for scheduling
jobs etc. are in seconds since 1970) and there should not be any
problem until the seconds since 1970 wrap. But I guess that we have
moved to 64 Bit machines at that time anyway.
