mib format command

Hello,
Has anyone knows how to use "mib format _l_a_b_e_l _v_a_l_u_e
command.
I was wondering whether I can use it for integer representation of
the texual information.
For example when I do a getnext operation on
"snmp# getnext ipForwarding"
it returns
{1.3.6.1.2.1.4.1.0 INTEGER forwarding}
rather than returning integer value of the "forwarding".

Can I use "mib format" command for this purpose.
