I will go with the comments of the big vendors: "We wait until DMI is
widely supported and than we will support it too." Guess what happens
if everyone sticks to this rule...
Seriously, until now I have only heard lots of promises, but I have
not seen much of real DMI support. It is also unclear for me how the
DMTF finally wants to exchange DMI information - all I know is the
term "industry standard RPC" - whatever that is. (Probably just a lack
of information on my side.)
