The tkined sources are now part of the scotty distribution. Get the
file scotty.tar.gz from the location above and you have it. For more
details (and some mirror sites), please surf to the scotty WWW pages
at http://wwwsnmp.cs.utwente.nl/~schoenw/scotty/
