Your question is not very precise and hence I am not surprised that
you got no response. You asked for a SNMPv2C and/or SNMPv2U agent but
you did not mention for which target system. So people (like me) did
not bother to send responses that might be completely useless for you.

I am now responding to your second request just to point out the
problem and to ask people to be precise and to give sufficient
information when asking for help. Coming back to your question, the
Linux SNMP agent supports SNMPv2C and SNMPv2U.
