[Q] scotty 2.1.5 & Tcl 7.6

I believe that I've seen it posted in this list that one can use scotty with
later versions of tcl (since 2.1.5 is written for tcl 7.5). However, I can't
seem to remember what one needs to change to get it to do so. Can somebody
(Juergen) confirm that I can use Scotty 2.1.5 with Tcl 7.6, safely. If so,
do I have to make any changes to get this to work correctly?
