Problem in compiling Scotty-2.1.5 on SunOS 4.14

Hello,
I have installed tcl 7.5 and tk4.1 and while compiling scotty 2.1.5
on SunOs 4.1.4 I am getting following copilation problems. Anybody
know what is cause ?.
