SNMP:Config and SNMP Monitor

For some reason, SNMP Monitor does not seem to be respecting
the value of SNMP:Config. (tkined 2.1.5). I can't see why
it should be having this problem from my brief examination
of the code.

As it is, if I save a file with SNMP Monitor entries, they
all come up labeled with noResponse (after a short delay)
when I re-open the session. [SNMP Trouble, on the other
hand, still works. [Basically, the values for SNMP Parameter
aren't saved with SNMP Monitor entries.]
