I keep all my mibs together with the base mibs that are distributed
with the product. I probably shouldn't, but I update the regular init.tcl
file and add my lappend statements there. But yes, you need to make the
directory if it isn't there, and then create the file. You can put
in there whatever scotty commands you want to initialize. Pattern them
off what is in the main init.tcl and you'll be fine.
