Hello,

I am an MBA student at Cornell's Johnson School of Management conducting
research on NFS servers. My research team would like to send out a
conjoint analysis tool (which would take 15 minutes to complete) to
potential and actual consumers of NFS servers. The purpose of the study is
to analyze consumers' tradeoffs between attributes of the product (such as
performance, storage capacity, availability, support of multiple client
types, and method of purchase) in order to determine optimal configurations.

I would like to discuss with you your suggestions on contacting appropriate
individuals, such as systems administrators, to participate in this study.
To be more specific, I am seeking lists of contact information for such
individuals.

Please let me know your suggestions regarding directions in which to proceed.

Thanks,

Ethan Rafferty
