Q: Adding a MIB in scotty

I am new to scotty and network management. I have looked at the
scotty FAQ but am still unclear about adding MIBs.

I am using Scotty-2.1.5 and Tcl/tk 7.6/4.2.

Some documentation mentioned that I should not touch the init.tcl
file in .../scotty/lib/tnm2.1.5/library. It mentioned that I should
add my site specific mibs in $tnm(library)/site/init.tcl. This
file and directory does not exist in my scotty install. Did I miss
a step or do I manually need to create "site" directory and the
init.tcl file? If yes, what goes in the init.tcl file? Would it be
a one liner to lappend my mibs or do I need to add some more stuff?
Do the init.tcl files and mib files (ascii format .mib files) live in
the same directory?

Any help provided to explain the details is appreciated.

TIA,
-Jyoti
