Possible Bug Report

Hi,everybody!!

It seems to me, there is a bug in scotty2.1.5 "clock" command
(or, may be tcl command, because "man clock" says , it's a tcl command)
The problem is that when I tried to say:

"clock scan "Sep 10" "
scotty returned integer :873835200

while the command:

"clock format 873835200"
gives :Tue Sep 09 23:00:00 MSK 1997 - an hour less ....

I was very griefed to find it out , because that's why my programm for
gathering statistics will not work correctly or I'll have to use a diffe-
rent , more difficult way to convert time to system integer value.

Is there any solution of the problem ???

Please , help !

Thanks in advance.

Konstantin A.
