tkined/scotty/tnm are not currently tcl8.0 capable out of the box. They
might be with some mods, but you'd be on your own. Your best bet is to
get tcl7.5 or tcl7.6 (the latest full release). It will work on 7.6 with
some minor mods, but it isn't necessarily supported as such at this stage.
