No, you 'must' recompile Tcl AND Tk after configure --enable-shared.
do a make clean
./configure --enable-shared
make

Then you should be able to build scotty/tnm/tkined cleanly and effortlessly.

Alternative: you can try to compile scotty with static libs, but this
involves a lot of mucking with the code and Makefiles and stuff. It
will be a lot harder than simply recompiling.
