Compiling scotty2.1.5 on tcl7.6 on Windows 95/NT

Does anybody has a successful compile/install of scotty on tcl7.6 on
Windows. I got scotty to run on tcl7.5 on Windows, but not 7.6. What
I got after saying

package require Tnm

is an empty line. After that any snmp commands will fail (child
exited abonormally or something like that). I'm using VC++ 4.2 and
here's what I did:

- Got the lastest tcl76.lib, tk42.lib, oncrpc.lib, resolv.lib.
- Modified the makefile.vc to point to use the 76/42 libs.
- I even went in and change
win/tkined
tkined/generic/tkiInit.c
but that shouldn't matter since the Windows installation does not
include tkined anyway

Help, please.
