You can do an approximation of what you want by obtaining a copy of
tkcon (http://www.cs.uoregon.edu/~jhobbs/work/tkcon/), and replacing
the line "wm withdraw ." in (a copy of) the tkined wish script,
with a line sourcing the tkcon package.
