We develop and test it on NT. I have seen it running on Windows 95 as
well, but I have no idea if there are Windows 95 specific problems.

Scotty version 2.1.5 is the latest public version.

Scott> What version of Tcl/Tk does it need?

Tcl7.5/Tk4.1. You can compile it with Tcl7.6/Tk4.2 if you change the
version checks in the code. (I would suggest to use Tcl7.6/Tk4.2
because it has several bugs fixed on Windows.)

No.
