There is no scotty binary on the Windows platform. You should use
tclsh75 or wish41 instead and type "package require Tnm" to load the
Tnm extension. The tkined version contained in scotty-2.1.5 does not
run on the Windows platform. You have to wait for scotty-2.2.0.
