Tkined and the Tnm Tcl extension (formerly known as scotty) are now
packaged into a single package called scotty. (Confusing? I think so.)
The latest scotty version is 2.1.5 which is based on Tcl7.5p1/Tk4.1p1.
(People have reported that you can use scotty-2.1.5 with Tcl7.6/Tk4.2
if you change the code that checks the version numbers.)

The next scotty version will be 2.2.0. This version will be based on
Tcl7.6p2/Tk4.2p2. However, I have quite a backlog of patches (thanks
to all contributors) and feature changes that should go into 2.2.0. I
currently have no idea when I will be able to work through it and
release 2.2.0.
