I have not looked at BLT recently. In general, the way to go is to
turn BLT into a dynamic loadable Tcl package. Given the wide spread
use of BLT, I would expect that someone has already done this. Please
check the relevant Tcl FAQs and if you do not find an answer there,
just ask on comp.lang.tcl.
