Hi,

I know a solution to your problem.

In the Bull I.S.M. product, there is a component called "SNMP Dispatcher"
who dispatches SNMP requests to the SNMP agents waiting on the same machine
on the same port 161.
This is done without modifying the standard SNMP agent and without using any
specific protocol. The only thing to do is to declare to the "SNMP Dispatcher"
which ISO Object Identifiers tree is managed by every SNMP agent.
Each SNMP agent on the machine is a true SNMP agent, without any modification.
The mechanism that enables this feature has been patented by Bull ISM and is
based on a "hole" (I'm not a specialist) in the definition of TCP/IP, or
something like that.

Ask the ISM team at : http://www.ism.bull.net/
