Wish don't find the "snmp " command, this I think is due to the fact
that I can't even load tnm2.1.5.dll.

The TCL75.DLL is the one loaded by win41.exe.
Is there anybody that have tried Tnm on NT 4.0 or has any clue to my
error message ?
