Some questions on tkined

SNMP version code 1 corresponds to SNMPv2c as defined in RFC1901 ff.
The version code for SNMPv1 is 0.
ISODE SNMP probably only supports SNMPv1 and the original SNMPv2
(with the party-based security model) that has been more or less
abandoned by now. Try setting tkined to SNMPv1!
