Reoccuring problems

All,

I seem to have run in to a strange problem with tkined on Solaris 2.5.
Whenever I try to add or change a node, and then save the changes, tkined
crashes.

I was using tkined 1.3.4 when the problem first started. Since I was using an
older version, I decided it would be the best time to move to the newer versions
so I installed the following: tcl7.5/tk4.1 and scotty2.1.5/tkined1.4.5. I
decided to start from scratch and redo the tki file, just in case it was
corrupted. It seemed to work fine for a few days, but then began behaving in
the same manner.

The only thing I am doing that may have caused this is manually editing the jobs
in the tki file. What I was trying to do was to achieve the fewest amount of
ip_monitor jobs monitoring the most nodes. Is there a limit to the number of
nodes a single job can monitor? I was able to do this successfully for quite
a while, so I don't imagine this could be the culprit.

I have also noticed that the node id's in the tkined gui do not match those in
the tki file, i.e. in the gui node344 has the name 'host1', in net.tki, node344
has the name set to 'router3'. Any ideas on why this is?

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
