Where is this documented?

I believe that a TRAP %V specification evaluates to this list:
# 0-th: sysUpTime
# 1st: snmpTrapOID
# 2nd to n-1-th: variable data
# n-th: snmpTrapEnterprise
I confess my ignorance: I've thought this peculiar to Scotty
(I know, for example, that Juergen upgraded the snmpTrapOID
values in 2.1.? to include such prefixes as "SNMPv2-MIB!"),
but perhaps this little table is somehow implicit in SNMP. In
any case, my question is: where is this documented? As I
move all my work forward from 2.0.x of Scotty, I want to anno-
tate what I code for better maintainability. Is there a better
place to learn these things than in the tnm/snmp/tnmSnmpRecv.c
source?
