tnm/examples/snmptrapd example. The second thing you should know is
that the Tnm extension currenytly not able to receive traps on
arbitrary ports. So you are in trouble here.

Would it make sense to put in a small diagnostic so that
an attempt to
1. bind a trap-handler to a session configured
to other-than-162, or
2. reconfigure a session already bound to a
trap-handler to an other-than-162 port
returns an explanation of the fact that Tnm does *not*
support such trap reception?
