at the moment I try to set the SNMP variable
internet.private.enterprises.sec.powermon.
powermonUPS1.ups.upsIdent.upsIdentManufacturer.0
via Tkined. The permissions are "read-write" and I can read all of the
variables inside this MIB. Everytime I try to set a variable in the
upsIdent group I get back a
noSuchName 1 {1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.1.1.0} {OctetString} {Siemens}
Where does this OID string come from? Is this a wrong pointer inside of
Tkined or is this a problem of the ups agent?
There are variables in this MIB I can set without any problems.
Best regards
Jan.
