Agent Tcl does not require Tcl because they made a couple of
non-trivial changes to the Tcl core. In other words: They created
their own version of Tcl. Using the Tnm extension (I think thats what
you mean by merging scotty and agent Tcl) together with agent Tcl
should be no problem as long as the Tcl C interface is still intact in
agent Tcl. If they made any changes to this interface (I am not
talking about syntactic changes but the behaviour exported by the C
interface), then you will have to invest some time to integrate these
two packages.
