I can't answer your question because I have no idea what __imp__hyspot
is (and I probably do not want to know either :-). However, I thought
you should know that the tkined version contained in scotty-2.1.5 does
not do anything useful, even if you get it compiled. This will be
different in the yet to be finished next release. You should probably
not spend too much time to get tkined-1.4.5 running on Windows NT but
instead wait for the next release.
