Stefan Petri <petri@ibr.cs.tu-bs.de> wrote a network simulator called
simuLan which was integrated into Tkined by a student about two years
ago. There was never a public release and I guess that this code has
never been touched since then. (These kind of projects are called
"proof of concept studies" these days. :-) Please contact Stefan for
more information.
