In the Tkined Reference Manual from Tkined version from June 1995
I found extensions for the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) provided
by Scotty. I could read them in the man pages of scotty(1).
In Scotty 2.1.5 (including Tkined) I could not find descriptions of the TCP
extensions. Are they still in the volume of scotty? Please help me.
