I'm running tkined and scotty 2.0.2 on SunOS 4.1.3U1 and
Solaris 2.5. I'm trying to run tkined and scotty on
Windows NT. Can someone give me advices on:

1. Version of Windows NT?
I know of no reason to choose one over
another.
2. Version of tkined and scotty?
Scotty2.1.5.
3. version of tcl/tk?
Juergen says [7.5,4.1], but I'm using
[7.6,4.2] contentedly.
4. which C (or C++) compiler?
VC++. Maybe others, but that's where
you'll get the most help for now.
5. what else?
You're a pioneer, with the predictable
costs and benefits of that status.
