"straps [port]"

Anyone had success sending and receiving traps on a port
other than 162? I haven't. I've worked with Scotty
2.1.4 and 2.1.5, and I've tried various combinations of
launching processes, but I have yet to convince Scotty
to receive a trap on a higher port (such as 2162). I
*think* I'm getting a "#snmp trap ..." command to communi-
cate with straps, but nothing seems to go beyond that.

Even the simplest demonstration--for example, I'm
sending with

[snmp session -port 2162] trap coldStart {}

and receiving with

[snmp session -port 2162] bind {} trap {puts "Got it!"}

--would help me. If I direct those same sessions back
to port 162, all is well. What's up?
