Scotty 2.1.4 does not work with Tcl 7.6 / Tk 4.2 because of a change
in the C API of Tcl (Tcl_CreatePipeline() has been removed from Tcl
7.6). Scotty-2.1.5 *might* work with Tcl 7.6 / Tk 4.2. Your best bet
is to use Tcl 7.5 / Tk 4.1 (this is what the scotty 2.1* versions are
based on).
