scotty install help

Hi, I am trying to install scotty 2.1.5 on Linux, After configure and
make, I do "make install", one error message says:

Installing ./../tnm/mibs/X722.gdmo
Installing ./../tnm/mibs/X739.gdmo
Parsing rfc1269.mib
couldn't open MIB file "rfc1155.smi": no such file or directory

but I do have this file in tnm/mibs directory, what's could be wrong?

anybody can help me? Thanks a lot.
