I have noticed that environment variables are not available from Editor.tcl.
Is there any reason for this?
To be more specific, including the line
"puts info exists env(PATH)"
in Editor.tcl yields a "0" when executed, while including this line in one of
the files in the apps directory yields a "1". In other words, it seems that
the .tcl files in the "library" directory are executed using a different shell
environment than the .tcl files in the "apps" directory. Is this correct?
