I have built the new scotty 2.1.4 and installed it under Solaris 2.4 and
under HPUX 9.07. On Solaris it appears to work as expected (except
SNMP-monitor does not behave as I expect); however, under HPUX the
IP-monitor menu silently exits when it is asked to monitor anything. The
half-dozen scotty scripts I've tried so far work just fine under both
(mostly they monitor various MIB variables and summarize and report results
through a TK UI).

The Solaris platform is running tcl7.5/tk4.1; the HP is running
tcl7.5p1/tk4.1p1.

If I track down more details I will post.
