I am very optimistic about a Windows NT port which will also run on
Windows 95 (with some restrictions). Windows 3.1 is a completely
different story and probably not worth the effort (since Tcl itself
has major problems on 3.1). I can't say much more right now. I will
post a message to this list once my optimism starts to turn into
facts. So stay tuned.
