tkined error output= <<bitmap "icon" not defined>>

When I execute tkined (version 1.4.1) on an IBM RS6000/320 running
AIX 4.1.4.0 , I receive the following output:

bitmap "icon" not defined

The cursor remains at the end of the above line, and the following process
hangs until it is interrupted by Ctl-C:

UID PID PPID C STIME TTY TIME CMD

thomasb 7200 12314 0 12:05:13 pts/2 0:01 wish4.1 /usr/local/bin/tkined

Here is the pertinent information:

TCL 7.5 and TK 4.1 installed in /usr/local.

Korn Shell exported variables:
TCLLIBPATH='/usr/local/lib/tkined1.4.1 /usr/local/lib/tnm2.1.1'
TCL_LIBRARY=/usr/local/lib/tcl7.5
TK_LIBRARY=/usr/local/lib/tk4.1

scotty (version 2.1.1) appears to be OK, although I have only
used it for dns queries so far.

Any help is appreciated. Let me know if more info is required.
Thanks.

Tom Benjamin
