Make sure you use the same compiler and the same compiler options that
you have used to compile Tcl/Tk. Scotty picks up these definitions
from the tclConfig.sh file. Make sure to update this file if you
change the Makefiles by hand - otherwise you end up with an
inconsistent environment.
