I just released an improved version of the ip_world for tkined/scotty.
All the files and info can be found at the following URL

The ip_world has been improved on the following topics
1) Detailed and non detailed maps for:
Germany, France, Switzerland, South America and
United Kingdom
2) Major gateways, network and cities in Switzerland insered
in the location file. Also some locations of network, Gateways
and network in Brazil. Some Major cities like Berlin corrected.
3) Change in the ip_world menu to cope with these changes
4) A way to get colored maps.
Please help me getting more correct and precise data on the locations of
cities, domains, networks and gateways. You can help by mailing location
information to tkined@jrc.it. The location info should be in the body
of the mail and look like
#LOCATION:a.* "xx yy zzn jj kk llw" # optional info
#LOCATION:a.b.c.* "xx yy zzn jj kk llw" # optional info
#LOCATION:a.b.c.d "xx yy zze jj kk llw" # optional info
#LOCATION:domainname "xx yy zzn jj kk llw" # optional info
#LOCATION:CityName "xx yy zzn jj kk llw" # optional info
xx yy zzn is degree, minutes and seconds north. Use s for south.
jj kk llw is degree, minutes and seconds west. Use e for east.
degrees is 0-180, minutes 0-59 and seconds 0-59. Many of the
destinations of the cities is more than 100 km wrong. Please check
your city's coordinates and report any errors back.
In the next version maps of Denmark, Holland, Italy, Sweden and Japan
will be included.
